How Are Pins Made?

Each type of pin we create has its own time-honored crafting process, but there are some similarities. Most pin processes involve laying down colors, either enamel or paste, into areas bordered by metal. The pins are then baked or kiln fired to fuse the color in place. Finally, the pins are hand polished and plated to give them a high luster and durability. Read more about each pin type to see which one is right for you!
